Good morning and welcome to your Week 3 round-up! I hope you enjoyed the extra hour in bed this morning 😊

What a week it has been with the Louvre Heist dominating my social media feeds! My favourite observation about it being that the theft too place at 9.30am, showing that the heist-ers (not a word, but I’m using it), have a better work-life balance than most of us. Plus is not slightly fabulous that they got away on mopeds. I’m excited for the inevitable film.

It was my first week back after my adventure through Albania, seeing places like Tirana, Berat and Himare, as well as a brief sojourn into North Macedonia (the less said about that border crossing the better). But all that sitting in a car sure did have an effect on my hips, so I was so pleased with myself that I had planned this week to be so hip-tastic in our Yin Yang series. Completely unintentional, but well done me.

A round-up of this week’s practices and shares:

🔥 YANG this week was FLOW & FIRE and you can practice that here.

🌼 YIN was SETTLE & SOFTEN and you can practice that here.

The full flow is further down this page if you would like to combine both practices into one.

🤍 Opening to The Sky was a gorgeous meditation to find freedom and flight in under 5-minutes and you can listen to that here.

🪷 I also shared a post with a Yin sequence for tight Hip Flexors for the day you just need a reference for a few effective stretches. You can read that here.

😊 This week’s lifestyle article was all about the joy of being OB$E$SED (this is a reference to the new Taylor Swift song ‘WI$HLI$T' in case you haven’t listened to The Life of a Showgirl yet). And you can read that here:

Thoughts on the Joy of Being OB$ES$ED

I live my life floating from one obsession to the next. Mainly due to a crippling social media addiction (Threads is my go-to place), I love getting swept up in one new whirlwind after another. At the moment, it’s the Louvre Heist, because who doesn’t love the idea of thieves “breaking in” at 9.30am and then making their getaway on mopeds.

I hope you have some great, cringey and fun obsessions to share with me in the comments on that one!
